Refunds and Cancellations

Certain features of the Service, such as purchasing a subscription to view certain Digital Content, may require payment of fees. All such fees must be paid in advance. All transactions are final and, except as expressly provided herein, the Company does not issue any refunds.

 

The Company reserves the right to modify prices and fees applicable to future transactions at any time for any reason in its sole discretion. The subscriptions will auto-renew unless canceled by the user. There won't be any refunds if the user forgets to cancel their subscription before the next renewal date.

 

Readers of all subscriptions must note that reading is free on the majority of titles, and not all of them. This includes all subscriptions, including lifetime subscription.

Any and every title not published under AmarGranth will not be part of the subscriptions. 

 

AmarGranth  may collaborate with other publishers, such titles will not be applicable under the normal subscription. The reader / user may have to pay extra or take a yearly / monthly subscription for these new titles.

 

Amar Shiv Media Pvt. Ltd. shall have the sole right and discretion to modify, suspend and/or discontinue the products and/or service offered. In the event of discontinuation, please note that all services provided including but not limited to lifetime subscriptions shall be non-refundable.
